Runner Summary
One of the best open-access tracks in the five boroughs. The Mondo surface from the 2019 Anchor Parks renovation is fast and in excellent condition, and the views of Hell Gate and the Triborough Bridge make every workout feel like an event. Rarely overcrowded — even weekend mornings have room to work.
